Mitchell Tenpenny has been on the music scene for less than a decade. But he’s used that time to put out some incredible music. With four studio albums and several singles and EPs, there’s plenty of incredible music to go around. But fans will tell you that there’s nothing better than seeing this performer live on a stage. Which is why his concerts are such a celebrated part of the year.
His concert tour history begins between 2015-2017 where he played 37 concerts total. Many of these concerts were held at some of the biggest North American venues including his show at the Louisville Palace in Louisville, Kentucky on December 16, 2017. He also took part in the Ride or Die Tour which saw an exceptional show on December 2, 2017 at New York’s Playstation Theater. But arguably his biggest honor was being selected to play at the 2017 CMA Music Festival on June 10, 2017.
These successful years led to two of Mitchell’s busiest years yet with the artist playing over 200 concerts in 2018 and 2019 combined. Critics often hail many of these concerts as being some of the best for the artist, with many of his most loyal fans discovering him for the first time during his touring seasons. Fans were eager to see what would come next.
But as you can imagine, the COVID-19 pandemic led to many of his shows being cancelled or postponed, leading to a relatively slow year. But Tenpenny went back to work for the 2021-2022 seasons which saw him play over 150 concerts total.
To date, Tenpenny has already planned for 14 tour dates to come in 2023. So fans have plenty of chances to catch this performer live.
